FAQs – Getting in Touch
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Walk-ins are welcome for quick services like nail trims (during business hours), but we recommend calling or booking online for grooming, daycare, and boarding.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes! We’re happy to schedule a tour so you can see where your dog will play, rest, and be groomed. Call or message us to set up a visit.
What’s the best way to get a fast response?
Phone calls during business hours are quickest, but we also respond to emails and Facebook messages daily.
Can I message you through Facebook?
Yes — our Facebook group is an active way to communicate, ask questions, or see updates from other clients.
