Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must be current on:
- Rabies
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
- DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)
Please bring proof of vaccination to your first appointment or upload it to your client profile.
Appointment Times
We do our best to run on time while giving every dog the attention they deserve. You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking, and we’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-offs and pick-ups are available during business hours:
- Mon–Thu: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Fri–Sun: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Please arrive on time to keep our schedule running smoothly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for
at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Can I book multiple services at once?
Yes. You can add grooming, spa treatments, or nail trims to a daycare or boarding stay when booking.
What if I’m not sure what service my dog needs?
Feel free to call us at (980) 282-9875 before booking. We’re happy to guide you based on breed, coat type, or behavior.
Is payment required when I book?
Some services may require a deposit. Details will be outlined during the booking process.
Can I request the same groomer every time?
Yes. We do our best to provide consistency by default, but you’re welcome to request a specific groomer or note preferences during booking.
