Meet Vanessa – Owner, Dog Lover, and Your Pet’s New Best Friend

Hi! I’m Vanessa, the heart behind Wag Watchers.

After years of working with dogs and recognizing the stress many experienced in traditional kennel environments, I decided to create something different — a place where dogs could feel safe, clean, and cared for without being caged, rushed, or overlooked.


My approach is simple: provide dogs with the same level of care I’d want for my own pets. That means no crate drying, no assembly-line grooming, and no impersonal treatment. Just honest, individualized care in a calm, clean environment.


From grooming to daycare to boarding, I oversee every aspect of our services — ensuring consistency, safety, and plenty of tail wags.

Meet Bryson – Our Passionate Young Dog Care Specialist

Hi! I’m Bryson, a 16-year-old high school student from Lincolnton with a lifelong love for dogs.


I’ve always enjoyed caring for pups and spending time around them, so joining Wag Watchers DayCare & Spa has been an incredible experience for me. Every day, I get to meet new dogs, play with them, and learn their unique personalities.


I’m passionate about making sure every dog feels happy, comfortable, and loved while they’re here — and I can’t wait to spend time with your fur baby!
